Can I be off-site while you work?
Absolutely. Many of our estate clients are out of state. We can work from a list of what to keep, photograph anything we're unsure about, and send a short video walkthrough at the end of each day.
Will you donate items instead of throwing them away?
Yes, that's our default. We partner with ARC Thrift and Goodwill of Colorado, and we recycle metal and electronics. The landfill is the last stop, not the first.
Do you handle hoarding situations sensitively?
